Hello, Our company is looking to develop a TAA-compliant ruggedized diesel generator. I would like to inquire if Daejin is able to support a project like this. TAA-compliance is necessary to sell to US Government customers and prime contractors and means that the core functionality of the product must originate in TAA-compliant countries like Korea. We are looking to develop a 15kW diesel generator initially, and 5, 10, 30 and 60kW generators in the near future. The generator will be mostly operated in standalone mode but also needs to support parallel operations. We do not have a particular preference for engine brands, but due to regulations cannot accept Chinese engines. Hyundai might be the most competitive option. 설비: 디젤 발전기 냉각수(부동액) 라인, 밸브 인근 고무 호스 구간 증상 밸브와 연결된 냉각수 호스 클램프 부위에서 냉각수가 누설된 것으로 추정됨. 호스·밸브·주변 금속 표면에 초록색 부동액 자국과 결정(건조된 냉각수 찌꺼기)이 많이 남아 있음. 누설된 냉각수가 아래로 흘러, 아래쪽 스타터 모터/배터리 단자 근처까지 번져 단자 및 배선 피복에 부동액이 묻어 있는 상태. 우려 사항 냉각수 누설로 인한 냉각 성능 저하 및 발전기 과열 가능성. 누설수로 인한 금속 부식과 전기 단자 접촉불량·절연저하 우려. 요청 사항 냉각수 라인(호스, 클램프, 밸브/니플, 연결부) 전반 점검. 누설 지점 정확한 확인 및 불량 부품 교체, 냉각수 재충전·에어 빼기. 오염된 배터리 단자 및 주변 배선 세척·방청처리까지 포함한 수리 견적tj 요청.
